Really like the hat but had an issue, the front of the hat got all bent up during shipping and left a crease where the scripture is. Being a hat guy it breaks my heart every time I look at it..

The hat was packaged in a bag. I am surprised it didn’t get ruined. I did not think that is how it would have been delivered no way to protect it from being squished.

I REALLY like the hat, however, as an average framed woman, I would suggest a few changes: 1) Unless you have a big ol’ head, the bell is way too tall for a woman. I have to pull the hat way down to get it to where I ‘like the look,’ 2) I’m not a fan of the plastic adjustment strap, Cloth with an adjustment band would look and feel so much better, and lastly 3)can you offer it in a color that’s more girly? Pink maybe? Outside of that, I absolutely LOVE it! If you make the changes I suggested, I would happily buy another one!
