- Coverage up to $800.00
- Simply file a claim if you feel your order is lost by reaching out to our customer service team
- Protection time frame: Claims must be filed within 30 days of placing your order
- To add shipping protection, simply make sure that the box is ticked next to Sub-Total in your cart
When can I expect to receive my order?
Typically, orders are shipped within 48 to 72 hours upon checkout.
You should receive a confirmation order after checkout with your order information and tracking once your order ship.

What if I need to modify my order?
If you would like to modify your order, and it has not been processed promptly email support@theofficertatum.com
Once your ordered is packaged to shipped, it cannot be modified.
Am I guaranteed to receive the merch I add to my cart?
Placing items in your cart does not guarantee that the items will remain in stock or on reserve.
Once the item has been purchased at checkout, we will send you a confirmation email to the address you've provided.
If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will notify you immediately.
An item I want is sold out, when will it become available again?
We try our best to keep your favorite items in stock!
Should an item be marked as sold out, you can click the notify me link on the product page to be notified once the product is available again.
