How do I place an order?
Ordering is simple: add your items to the cart, head to checkout, and complete payment.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email right away.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We move fast. If you need to adjust or cancel your order, email support@theofficertatumstore.com within 2 hours of placing it.
After that, we cannot guarantee changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
Do you offer promo codes?
Yes we do!
Subscribe to our email/SMS list for drops, discounts, and exclusive promotions.
Only one code can be used per order.
Shipping
How long does processing take?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days.
This refers to fulfillment time for our warehouse team to pick, pack and get your order ready for the carrier to pick it up.
During launches, restocks, or major sales, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long does shipping take once fulfilled?
We offer both economy and premium shipping at checkout. Please refer to those shipping times for an accurate estimated delivery date.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Why is my order split into multiple packages?
To get your products to you quickly, items may ship separately depending on inventory levels, print locations, or product type.
You’ll receive a tracking number for each package.
Shipping paid at checkout is the price to ship all packages for your order.
My package says “Delivered,” but I don’t see it. What should I do?
Check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors, or local carrier office. Sometimes carriers mark packages as "delivered" but do not arrive until the following business day.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unwashed, unworn items in original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the size or color you want is sold out, we can assist with a return.
Customer responsible for return shipping in the event of an exchange.
Who covers return shipping costs?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Photos may need to be provided in order to process a return.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email us immediately with photos. We’ll replace the item at no cost to you.
Refunds
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
Are sale items refundable?
No. All sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Some regularly priced items are marked as FINAL SALE and may not be returned/ refundable as well.
Can I get a refund on shipping fees?
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error.
Pre-orders
What does “preorder” mean on your site?
A preorder item is reserved in advance before it is produced or shipped. This guarantees your item while allowing us to manufacture accurately.
When will preorder items ship?
Estimated ship dates are listed on each preorder product page. Preorders typically ship once production is complete
This is usually within the stated window.
What if I order preorder and in-stock items together?
Your order may ship in multiple packages to avoid delays.
In-stock items will ship first whenever possible.
Can I cancel a preorder?
Preorders can be canceled within 72 hours of purchase.
After that, production begins and we are unable to cancel.
