A mystery hat is any of our choosing. It could be our hottest new design or a design that we have retired. We promise the hat will not be a large question mark.
You choose the hat size you want, and we will pick the color and design.
What to know about your Mystery Hat:
- No Additional Discounts, Exchanges, or Returns are allowed on Mystery Hats. All sales are final.
- Our Mystery case has a limited amount of designs. If you order two or more, you may receive duplicates.
- The hat may be a retired design, one of our new designs, one of our long-standing favorites, or a hat that didn't meet our high quality standards.
- The hat you will receive can be anything we have ever made. It could be a discounted hat, a holiday design or one of our best sellers. We cannot guarantee what design you will receive.
