What to know about your Mystery Mug:
- No Additional Discounts, Exchanges or Returns are allowed on Mystery Mugs. All sales are final.
- Our Mystery case has a limited amount of designs. If you order two or more, you may receive duplicates.
- The mug may be a retired design, one of our new designs, one of our long standing favorites or a mug that didn't meet our high quality standards.
- The mug you will receive can be anything we have ever made. It could be a discounted mug, a holiday design or one of our best sellers. We cannot guarantee what design you will receive.
