It was not the product that I was displeased with, it was the timing. Order placed 12/09 and was confirmed on 12/09 via email. On 12/18 I received an email that states one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Why did it take 9 days to figure that out? I responded 12/19 and was refunded, but by that time the items were not received in time for Christmas. We do limited items for Christmas; 1 you want, 1 you need, 1 to wear, 1 to read. Two of the shirts I ordered were those "to wear" gifts. I understand erroneously selling a product when you don't have that product, but then the items didn't even ship until 12/22! No cool.
